Trade Winds is a Grapefruit Ponzu Gose brewed in collaboration with Dangerous Ales using local grapefruit, handcrafted ponzu and Gippsland sea salt. Bright, zesty and refreshingly tangy with subtle savoury umami complexity and a clean citrus finish.
