Barrel Gang - Barrel Aged Beer Membership

Barrel Gang is a four-year project based around the four elements of beer - water, yeast, grain and hops - bringing together Sailors Grave Brewing's two favourite things: Beer & Art.

2026 marks the 3rd year of the project.

What You Get - Beers

Each year, we release four barrel aged beers that showcase the four elements of beer. These beers are one-off batches so once they're gone, they're truly gone.

Original Lino Print Artworks

Every beer is accompanied by a hand-printed, signed lino print by our founder and beloved artist Gab Moore. Each artwork mirrors its beer's element:

Water ~ Sea life
Yeast/Air ~ Birds
Grain ~ Mammal
Hops ~ Insects

At the end of the 4 year project, these art prints will form the suits of a deck of cards.

For example suits for Yeast (Air):

Apricot flower yeast & Apricot fruited sour ~ Orchard Oriole (Ace)
Braggot, with honey bee yeast, banksia honey ~ honey eater (Queen)
Sake, persimmons, Japanese ~ King fisher (King)
Grapefruit Nettles, Weeds ~ Rooster (Jack)

Denver & Liely Beer Glass

To round out the year, Barrel Gang members receive a Denver & Liely beer glass etched with Sailors Grave Brewing logo (RRP $75). A beautiful way to enjoy your collection.

The Fine Print

First delivery arrives Feb - Mar 2026, dependingon our brewing and packing schedule
Shipments continue roughly every three months (dates vary).
Membership includes 4 x 750ml beers
Any additional cellar releases will be offered to Barrel Gang members first, at member-only prices.
All memberships are paid upfront, with shipping included.
