Shipping policy
We pack our beer down at the brewery on the Far East Gippsland coast, and send it out across the country as carefully as we can. It's a long way from here to most places, and beer is heavy so shipping is something we take seriously.
We don't build shipping into our beer prices, and we don't believe in hiding costs. What you see at checkout is a genuine reflection of what it takes to get the beer from here to you.
We've worked hard to give the best offer possible.
Processing & Delivery Times
- All orders, except Melbourne warehouse pick-up orders, are processed on Monday and Tuesday. Any orders placed after Tuesday 9am may be dispatched the following week. If you are in a hurry, please get in touch. We cannot promise to ship earlier but we will do our best.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped
Shipping Methods Available
- Standard Shipping: We send everything through Australia Post.
- Free Local Pickup: Available at our brewery Dunetown and Melbourne Warehouse.
- Dunetown: 85 Marlo Plains Rd, Marlo 3888, Hours same as Dunetown opening hours, Wednesday to Sunday. Monday and Tuesday are available upon request, please contact us before your visit.
- Melbourne Warehouse: Kennards Parcel Pick Up, 324-328 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067, 8:30-5:30 Mon- Fri, 10:00-4:00 Sat.
Shipping rates
Our shipping is based on weight, with two tiers:
- Up to 7.0kg
- 7.0kg to 22kg
One case of beer (16 pack) is about 6.5kg.

Larger orders
Orders over 22kg may attract additional shipping costs.
In the case additional shipping cost is required, we'll get in touch with you.

- VICTORIAN DELIVERY ADDRESS - Australia Post will require ID and a signature upon delivery for first-time customer and gift recipients.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
