A couple of years ago, my adult children took me to a birthday dinner in Sydney CBD. I ordered an interesting IPA to go with my dinner, turns out it was Drowned Man IPA.

From the first sip, it was delightful. It has notes of caramellised peach and is a lovely drop.

It was so good that I found the brewery online and ordered it, not only for myself, but also for another good friend who also doesn't mind a complex IPA.

I've always got a cold one in my fridge.
