Dark Emu is a Dark Lager brewed with mamadyang ngalluk (dancing grass) and burru ngalluk (kangaroo grass) seed harvested by Yuin people on the banks of the Wallagaraugh River in Far East Gippsland. Grain-led with notes of sweet biscuit, toasted nuts and fragrant coffee, balanced by earthy depth and a gentle drying bitterness. 4.8% ABV. 355ml cans.
