Five Ships is a single decocted Spelt lager brewed with whole cone Centennial from Ryefield Hops. Clean and bright with a crisp doughy bread crust character and a smooth finish.

Spelt brings its naturally nutty and slightly sweet character to this beer and adds an almost creamy mouthfeel. Decocting the mash in our cereal cooker has accentuated the doughy and grainy character and the addition of whole cone hops brights bright herbal and slightly citrus notes with a subtle but firm bitterness.
Best enjoyed poured with a large creamy head of foam.
