Law of the Tongue is a smooth and full-bodied smokey oyster stout brewed with wild organic oysters from Wapengo Rocks, beechwood smoked malt, lactose and Sunrise Limes. Rich dark malt, bacon-like smokiness, subtle ocean salinity and bright citrus combine in a balanced, creamy stout with a structured savoury finish. 

A winter fan favourite inspired by the story of Old Tom the Orca in Eden.

80 dozen wild organic oysters harvested by Shane Buckley from Wapengo Rocks are added to the kettle to bring subtle mineral and ocean flavours to the beer.

An impenetrably dark, beautifully balanced salty and smokey stout.

What can I say! The Smokey Oyster Stout would hands down be the best bloody stout I’ve ever had. Smooth, flavoursome. Just the right amount of citrus. Absolutely addictive. Served in a frozen glass straight out of the freezer it gives a great head. Oops! Can I say that? Certainly can’t stop at one.
