1 x 750 mL bottle of NOCTURNE – Rhum barrel aged Imperial Dark Emu beer barrel aged in spent Sugarcane Rhum barrel, and brewed with Kangaroo grass, Quandong, Davidson plum and dried pudding fruits.
Sugarcane Rhum is Pot distilled wild fermented from sugarcane juice, at Redridge, Queensland. Sympathetic, biodynamic farming practices. Aged in French oak.

Based on Barb and Lil’s Christmas pudding From the First Nations Food Companion ~ Damien Coulthard and Rebecca Sullivan, Serves 10.
This recipe is a combination of two generations of recipes: one from Bec’s great-grandmother and another from Damo’s nan. We’ve made it our own, with native fruits and spices to boot. A delicious and deeply flavoured family affair. Using Dark Emu Beer, Native fruits and Mitchell & Button grass blended flour from Black duck foods.
Wrapped in a Night 'Wilytya' - Tea Towel featuring licensed artwork by Warndu co-founder Damien Coulthard. 'Wilytya' means Night in the Adnyamathanha language of the Flinders Ranges. Tea towels are digitally printed in Australia, using certified Australian Organic Cotton.
