The Second sin ~ Pear Snakebite

THE SECOND SIN ~ SNAKEBITE  50/50 Split of beer and Pear juice that has undergone wild fermentation. The Second Sin is a collaboration with fellow Gippslandian´s Gurneys Cidery and is a blend of Green Horse & Packham Pears and Gippsland grown grain.

Light, refreshing and grainy with dusty pear notes and subtle complexity from fermentation on wild yeasts.
